Position

Mary Georgiou is a senior associate of our corporate commercial practice.

Mary focuses in real estate. She advises international and domestic clients on real estate matters such as the purchase and sale of properties, as well as commercial and residential lease agreements. She also has significant experience in due diligence of real estate portfolios and regularly advises clients on the lawful transfer of title. Mary represents clients on a regular basis before the First Instance Court with respect to the establishment of in rem securities, disputes arising from breach of contract, recovery of debts and claims and tort.

She was admitted to the Piraeus Bar in 2012 and joined our firm in 2016. Mary is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
