Position

Georg Eisenberger is Partner at our offices in Graz and Vienna and heads our public law practice group. He advises clients in the entire state of Austria on large scale projects in the field of construction law, zoning law, trade law, water protection law, environmental law, waste management law and other fields of administrative law. Georg published two monographs and numerous articles in these areas. With his co-author Elisabeth Hödl, Georg holds the Research Award granted by the Austrian League of Towns for their monograph on conditions under zoning law for the erection of shopping malls in Austria.

Georg holds law degrees (Dr iur) from the University of Graz. He is a professor (Univ Prof) for construction and zoning law as well as constitutional and administrative law at the Graz University of Technology and the University of Graz.
