Position

Jana Eichmeyer is a Partner at E+H’s Vienna office and heads the practice groups “Dispute Resolution & Litigation” and “Employment”. She advises and represents clients in all areas of employment and labour law, including rationalization and restructuring, executive employment contracts, work constitution matters and issues concerning labour and civil law litigation. Another focus of her work is assisting clients with due diligence reviews and matters relating to transfer of undertakings.

Career

Before joining E+H, Jana was a member of the employment law and litigation team of the Austrian law firm Kunz Schima Wallentin for seven years. Prior to that, she worked at a Viennese notary office. She is a lecturer for employment law at the Vienna University of Economics and regularly holds lectures.
