Position
Niels Wulff advises on building projects, in particular on construction and building law. The advice also covers contracts and cases associated with construction contracts, e.g. litigation, insurance cases, tort cases and arbitration.
He has sound experience in the role of sparring partner in construction projects, in which he participates from project start-up through agreements and contracts, ongoing feedback in the construction phase to possible legal actions or arbitration.
Niels is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court and also works with international construction projects and FIDIC contracts, which he helps to negotiate and draft.
