For more than 25 years, Arly Carlquist has worked with all types of IT agreements, including those regarding system development, outsourcing, distribution, consultants, and software licenses as well as all related legal and commercial matters.
Additionally, Arly has significant experience with IP related matters, including protection, buying and selling, licensing (inbound/outbound), and enforcement of IP rights.
