Dídac Severino advises various types of national and international clients (including corporations, utilities, suppliers, developers, listed companies, funds and financial institutions) on large-scale transactions in various sectors with a particular focus in regulated sectors. He specialises in market-leading energy transactions including conventional and renewable assets.
Dídac joined Pérez-Llorca as partner in 2019, bringing 13 years of experience from a renowned international law firm.

Pérez-Llorca excels in project finance and is a popular choice for financial institutions as well as energy companies. M&A involving significant renewable energy projects is also a mainstay. The team has seen notable growth in recent years; 2019 saw the arrival of corporate partner Dídac Severino and former state attorney and energy expert Ana Cremades, who was promoted to partner in January 2021. Ander Valverde is a name to note for finance, while Elena Veleiro specialises in regulatory matters. Javier Carvajal focuses on corporate and M&A and private equity.
Pérez-Llorca fields a sizeable team of corporate lawyers and maintains an impressive market share in M&A in the Spanish market. Cross-border work is also a regular feature in the team’s workload, with recent deals involving the UK, Italy, Portugal and Mexico. The department has seen significant growth in recent years, and was further bolstered by the arrival of Dídac Severino in 2019 and Marcel Enrich in 2020 from other firms. Practice head Javier Carvajal advises on national and international transactions, with an emphasis on Canada and India. Other key figures in the department include name partner Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Pablo González Mosqueira and Alfredo Lafita.
