Isabel Moya advises on general employment matters and handling industrial actions from a company perspective. She also has experience drafting remuneration policies, advising companies from a labour standpoint on M&A transactions and carrying out individual and collective dismissals, collective modifications of the employment conditions within restructuring proceedings, and in negotiating, drafting and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.
