Göran Mandorff has been practising law since 1993. During his time at various law firms he has worked on different cases within the field of commercial law and has gradually specialised in insolvency and company issues such as administration in bankruptcy, reconstruction and liquidations. Since 1998, Göran has received administration in bankruptcy cases from district courts, and liquidation cases from the Swedish Trade and Industry Register. Göran assists in mergers and acquisitions and also represents individual shareholders regarding issues related to corporate law. Göran formerly operated an auditing firm of his own, the experience of which has been valuable in his specialist areas. He is also the co-author of the section on administration in bankruptcy in the book “Företag i kris” (2003) and lectures in insolvency, contract and credit law.
