Åsa Lennmor joined Fylgia in September 2012. After finishing her studies at Uppsala University in 1999 Åsa has worked at Corporate Law Advokater as an associate, at Exensus Sweden AB as a company lawyer and at Christensen & Roth Advokater as an associate. During 2004-2012 Åsa worked at Lex Advokatbyrå and became a partner in 2006. Åsa works mainly in the fields of real estate law, commercial tenancy law and company law and has a particular interest in housing cooperatives. She also works widely within commercial law including i.a. contractual issues, sale and purchase of companies, liquidations and litigations.
