Volker Werxhausen has been advising companies and corporate management on labour and corporate law in German and English since 1999.

HR Departments of national and international companies will find support in all questions of labour law in the day-to-day and project business. In particular, he specialises in the restructuring of companies and businesses, strategic advice on company acquisitions and transformations, compliance advice and the conduct of labour law audits.

Volker Werxhausen advises and supports managing directors, board members and executives in contract drafting, liability prevention and separation processes.

Clients value him for his professional competence, his pronounced entrepreneurial understanding and his negotiating strength. He is an empathetic and creative consultant with a high level of commitment to the matter.
