Specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law as well as domestic and international tax. In addition to advising on and negotiating agreements and other transaction related documentation, he has a long experience with transaction tax advice, especially where a human capital element is prevalent. He especially deals with TMT and human capital intensive businesses such as transactions involving consulting firms. In addition to his qualification as a lawyer, Olsen also possesses an MBA from Bocconi.
