CMS Kluge assists a roster of private sector clients and governmental entities with technology projects, and advises on data privacy issues, telecoms matters, and public procurement work, among other areas. The department is jointly led by Stian Oddbjørnsen, who specialises in TMT disputes, procurement matters and technology contractual issues, and Marte Thorsby, who is very experienced in advising clients in the media industry. Torstein Arendt is a key contact for assisting major organisations with prominent IT contracts. Associate partner Ove André Vanebo adds expertise in data privacy law.
