Corporate Partner and Head of the ByrneWallace LLP Life Sciences Group, Colin is widely recognised as a leading expert in the life sciences, medical device and technology sectors. He has extensive experience in international transactions and equity investments in Ireland. Clients include a broad range of companies from the life sciences and related sectors including biotechnology, pharmaceutical and med tech companies, research institutions and government institutions. Colin has led the firm’s Life Sciences practice since 2004.

Education

Colin Sainsbury was educated at Trinity College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
