Eileen was previously head of and a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance department. She has over 30 years experience advising on corporate and banking transactions. She has advised lending institutions, alternative lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending, including real estate finance, development finance, health industry, wind energy, structured finance and debt restructuring, refinance and workouts.
