Partner and Head of the ByrneWallace LLP Restructuring and Insolvency Team, John acts for all stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency and related commercial litigation, including banks, private equity funds, insolvency office holders, corporate debtors and public sector clients in relation to all aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency. With a background as a secured lending and CRE transactions lawyer, John is particularly well placed to advise on restructuring and insolvency in Ireland.
