Career

Ronan is a partner in the Property team at ByrneWallace LLP. Having joined the firm 23 years ago, he specialises in residential and commercial property. Ronan has advised a wide variety of property developers on the acquisition and development of schemes for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, including the funding of sites by third party funders and financial institutions.

Ronan also leads the ByrneWallace LLP property support for various funding/banking transactions. He acts and advises in landlord and tenant matters including the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases. Ronan has extensive experience providing property related advice to key public sector clients of the firm, including the acquisition and disposal of sites/properties, negotiation and finalisation of agreements for lease, licences, drafting and negotiation of documents for the development of public use facilities on various sites, and securing of grant funding made available to voluntary organisations in various instances and general landlord and tenant advices.
