Partner Catherine Dowling has worked with the Life Sciences team since 2010 and specialises in corporate and commercial transactions and advice for clients in the pharma, biotech, medical device and food sector. She has experience advising both Irish and international clients on a wide range of transactions, including private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings, and also on intellectual property matters. Catherine has also advised clients on clinical trial agreements, licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, distribution agreements and various other commercial and strategic agreements. Catherine has worked with a broad range of entities in the life sciences sector, from early stage university spin-out companies to large indigenous and global pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device and diagnostic organisations.
