Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP continued its growth in the United States with the arrival of Jamillia Ferris from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in September 2022, contributing significant agency experience of complex merger review processes, including both the DOJ and FTC.
