Claudio Xerri is a Senior Regulatory and Compliance Advisor in the insurance law practice unit of Mamo TCV Advocates. He regularly assists clients on compliance and regulatory matters in insurance and pensions-related matters, corporate governance matters, and other legal and regulatory matters. Before joining Mamo TCV, Claudio spent 20 years at the Malta Financial Services Authority, the last 4 of which he held the position of a Senior Manager within the Authorisation Team leading a team whose duties primarily included the processing of applications within specific timeframes, attending meetings and holding interviews with key officials of potential applicants / licenceholders in the areas of insurance and pensions. During his tenure at the MFSA he also attended seminars and participated in different EIOPA working groups. He has also provided training to the insurance market on various insurance related topics.
