Career
Ann heads the firms’ private clients practice and is particularly active in advising clients on relocation matters, be it citizenship or residence. She has vast experience with assisting high net worth individuals with various tax solutions, Malta citizenship by investment and their general relocation requirements.
Ann is also actively involved in assisting clients with Estate Planning, particularly structuring of larger estates including across borders and succession planning.
She also forms part of the Employment team within the firm and has advised a number of large companies in Malta on non-litigious employment law matters.

Education
Ann read law at the University of Malta and was conferred a B.A. in Legal and Humanistic (European) Studies in 2006, and a Diploma of Notary Public in 2007. From September 2008 to February 2009 she followed an ERASMUS program at the University of Leicester, obtaining her doctorate of Laws in 2009. She read a Masters degree in International Maritime Law at the International Maritime Law Institute Malta, an institute established under the auspices of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and graduated with distinction in May 2010.
