Eugene is a Director in our Dispute Resolution practice with experience in general commercial litigation. Eugene specialises in banking litigation and has extensive experience in High Court litigation, mediation and arbitration with an emphasis on banking, property finance related disputes, tender reviews and general contractual claims.

Career

Eugene started his career at Cliffe Dekker and Todd (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr) as a Candidate Attorney in 1993. He was appointed as an Associate in 1995 and promoted to Senior Associate in 1996. Eugene became a Director in 1997.
