Position

Susan is a Director in our Competition Law practice and Head of the Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sector. Susan has specialised experience in advising clients on all issues of competition law including: prohibited practice litigation, general compliance (for example, opinions, training workshops, dawn raid advice, and general advice on business strategy in light of competition legislation), corporate leniency, exemption applications and merger notifications.

Career

Susan began her career as a Candidate Attorney with Hofmeyr Herbstein and Gihwala (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr) in 2006. She was appointed as an Associate in 2008 and promoted to Senior Associate in January 2011.  Susan became a Director in 2014.
