The firm’s subsidiary, Trustee Services Ltd, provides company secretarial services. DataCenta, another subsidiary, has computerised the published legal materials of Ghana and disseminates legal databases via the internet and CD-ROM. This serves as a means to quick access to all relevant legislation.
