Olumide Osundolire is a Partner at Banwo & Ighodalo. He obtained his LL.B from the University of Lagos and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 1999. Olumide’s versatility is evidenced by the sheer breadth of practice areas which include mergers and acquisition, corporate and commercial law, company secretarial services, regulatory compliance and governance advisory services, technology law, intellectual property law, foreign investment and divestment, property and construction law, and family law and probate.

As part of his work with SMEs and start-ups, Olumide recently provided legal advice to a technology focused venture capital company in its acquisition of equity stake in various technology start-ups in Nigeria. He also works with various innovation hubs to provide legal advisory and regulatory compliance services as well as trainings.
