Adam is a solicitor in the childcare department at Duncan Lewis. He specialises in all aspects of Family and Children Law. He has considerable experience resolving issues that stem from the breakdown of a relationship, including; divorce matters, financial matters, protection from harm and matters pertaining to the arrangements for children. In addition to his excellent legal knowledge, Adam brings awareness and understanding to the emotional pressures generated in such a sensitive area of law.


Adam has practiced law in the West Midlands area since 2004. He joined Duncan Lewis’ Birmingham office in October 2014.


Adam completed his law degree in 2002 and obtained his LPC in 2005 from the Birmingham College of Law.

Duncan Lewis Solicitors provides legal aid advice on domestic and cross-border child care matters, and also handles private law with a particular niche in forced marriage protection orders, domestic violence and child abduction cases. Shazia Saliheen recently represented a father whose children had been illegally taken to Somalia by their mother and sought to obtain an inherent jurisdiction and female genital mutilation (FGM) protection order, while Richard Gray’s work involved complex private and public law proceedings involving elements of domestic abuse and substance addiction.
