Career

Mr. Watson joined the firm in 1973 and became a partner in 1984. 
He has specialized over the years in many practice areas including banking and finance, taxation, corporations, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
As a corporate and commercial lawyer he has expertise in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, including hotel management and franchising agreements, agency, finance and securitization contracts, as well as corporate governance and joint-venture agreements.
