Position

Kjetil Hardeng is head of the transaction group, part of the business area Corporate. Kjetil is a member of the practice groups for Corporate Law and Securites. Kjetil Hardeng is specialized in transactions. He assists both industrial and financial parties, primary within the IT- and Energy sector. His background is from several business areas, among others litigation/corporate litigation and labour law. Kjetil has since 2005 primarily worked with: • Transactions, both structured auction processes and bilateral negotiations – private and listed companies • Managing due diligence processes, also in foreign jurisdictions • Negotiating co-operation agreements both domestic and abroad (Europe, USA and Africa) • Assisting foreign clients in public to private transactions • Corporate litigation He is named as one of the world's leading M&A lawyers in Chambers.
