Career

Romain Berthon has significant experience in real estate law, for more than 10 years, in particular in Africa, where he has already worked in several countries: Algeria, Cameroun, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Nigeria and Senegal.

His clientele – owners, users or real estate professionals – is institutional. He works on various assets: offices, shopping malls, clinics, mixed-use complexes, schools, hotels, plants (automotive, aeronautic), residential, new cities, etc.

He assists his clients in structuring transactions up to their implementation, from land acquisition (or company acquisition), to design and construction of the building or to its marketing or operation.

He is lecturer at the Master 246 – real estate management of Paris Dauphine University.
