Stéphanie joined the firm as an associate in 2013 and she contributes to the growth of the business law and corporate law department.

She mainly acts in matters related to post-acquisition disputes, shareholders disputes and complex M&A litigation, as well as litigation in relation to directors’ responsibility and professional civil liability, in particular in regulated professions.

She also has prior experience working as an associate in distribution law within August Debouzy law firm.

Graduated from Edhec business school, Stéphanie has handled international cases and has developed a very hands-on approach.
