The firm: Alfery was established in 2003 by Pavel Alfery-Hrdina and Jana Alfery as a spin off from Haarmann Hemmelrath.

Alfery (consisting of Alfery Hrdina Advokáti s.r.o., WTS Alfery s.r.o. and Alfery Audit s.r.o.) is an internationally oriented consultancy firm that brings together attorneys, tax advisors and auditors. Areas of practice: Pavel Alfery-Hrdina is a partner and lawyer at the firm; a consultant to the Minister of Justice in the area of the Commercial Register from 2003-2004; a member of the expert group for legal changes to the Commercial Register in 2004; and author of several articles in the daily and professional press. Alfery-Hrdina’s specialisations are: corporate and commercial (including M&A), dispute resolution, real estate and construction, corporate law, commercial law, financing, restructuring, civic law and procedural law.

Jana Alfery is a partner and auditor at the firm, a tax consultant, lecturer in IBA, national correspondent in 2002 and 2003, a member of IPFM Prague, and has been listed by the publication European Legal Experts as one of the most recommended tax consultants in the Czech Republic since 2003. Her specialisations include: tax, Czech and international tax law, transfer pricing, and M&A.

Vladimír Brejcha is a partner and lawyer at the firm, a representative of the arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the German-Czech Industrial and Commercial Chamber in Prague, co-author of commentary on the Commercial Code (D?di? et al., Prospektrum 1997) and author of many articles in the professional press. His specialisations include: corporate and commercial (including M&A), dispute resolution, contract law, commercial and civil law, bankruptcy law, restructuring and public tendering

Libuše Šoljaková is a partner and auditor at the firm, a lecturer at the Prague University of Economics, has Union of Accountants – ACCA and VOX certifications, and is a member of the European Accounting Association (EAA) and the American Accounting Association (AAA). Her specialisations include: account statements pursuant to Czech and international accounting standards (IFRS, US-GAAP), along with management accounting and controlling.

Josef Mašek is a partner and auditor at the firm, and a tax consultant. His specialisations include: tax, Czech and international tax law, M&A, and auditing.
