His practice focuses on distribution, licensing, unfair competition and intellectual property law. In these fields, Raphael also advises clients on non-contentious matters. Further, Raphael represents clients in contractual, corporate and insolvency related disputes and has expertise related to the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
