Position

Simon Hohler is Counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. He specializes in domestic and international commercial arbitration and state court litigation as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters. He frequently represents clients in disputes concerning contract and commercial law, M&A transactions, construction law as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. Further, he has experience in sport law matters.

Simon Hohler has been involved in numerous institutional arbitrations (e.g. Swiss Chambers, ICC and CAS) and ad hoc arbitrations where he advised parties or acted as counsel or arbitrator. He has further represented clients in various state court proceedings, including the obtaining and defending against interim measures, the freezing of assets as well as the enforcement of judgments.
