Anna Flaga-Martynek in the Warsaw office and Poznan-based Marta Midloch lead the ‘strong team of lawyers’ that form the construction practice at WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr. The group is particularly recognised for its work in infrastructure matters such as the construction of roads, railways, chemical installations, energy plants and gas pipelines. Experienced in understanding the perspectives of both authorities and contractors, the team recently advised on the development of a key rainwater project in Bydgoszcz. Notably, the practice recently introduced a remedial plan for projects where realisation is compromised (this covers investors, contractors and organisational units that issue agreements and permits).
