Career
Marta has many years of experience in assisting clients, including both general contractors and contracting entities, at all stages of infrastructure projects. She advises consortium partners, in particular with regard to the relationship framework, consortium agreements and everyday activities of the consortium. She works with clients from the energy, gas, oil, road, rail and public transport sectors. Besides her public procurement capabilities, Marta also specialises in M&A transactions, including share deals and asset deals (both private and public companies), transaction structuring, due diligence audits, document drafting & negotiation and transaction closing. Within the capital markets practice she advises in M&A transactions involving public companies as well as in respect of reporting obligations of the issuers and corporate governance rules.
