Maciej has significant experience in advising companies from the energy sector, including leading Polish and foreign companies investing in renewable energy, on tariffs, concessions, and investments in power generation. He was involved in parliamentary works regarding among others: amendments to Energy Law, the Act on Renewable Energy Sources and the Act on the construction of a nuclear power plant. He also has competence in assisting clients from the infrastructure and municipal sectors – among others, he has advised on implementing waste resolution, tender procedure for collection and management of municipal waste, and infrastructure development projects. He is a co-author of the Commentary to the Act on Renewable Energy Sources.

Maciej graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, and completed postgraduate studies in European business law.
