Career
Andrzej’s extensive experience derives from many years’ work on the most high-profile and innovative M&A projects, such as the very first cases of privatisation of state enterprises and state-owned banks or the creation of the first joint ventures in post-transformation Poland. He also assisted in a number of international restructuring and distressed M&A transactions, including the first successful attempt to restructure high-yield debt in Poland (i.e. the restructuring of NETIA group), and advises clients in state aid matters.

Andrzej holds the degree of doktor habilitowany in law and is a former visiting lecturer at Trinity College Oxford, one of the world’s oldest universities, and a former lecturer of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is currently engaged as a professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
