Senior partner at WKB, head of the Competition Law practice
Aleksander represents clients before Polish and international competition and regulatory authorities and courts in matters concerning law enforcement, protection of collective consumer interests and unfair competition. He advises on concentration procedures and compliance programmes. His expertise is recognised across the international competition law community. He co-edited the Commentary to the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection published by Wolters Kluwer and is a regular contributor to the prestigious Kluwer Competition Law Blog.

Aleksander graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. He also completed, cum laude, the LL.M. Pallas Program in European Business Law, a joint programme involving seven partner European universities.
