Jan assists major Polish companies, notably from the energy and construction industries, in all tenders and public procurement issues related to their business activity. He has assisted in key tenders in a number of Poland’s largest infrastructure and energy projects. He represents clients in disputes concerning public procurement issues, including when criminal charges are involved. As a recognised expert in the field, Jan often participates in legislative works concerning public procurement law. Jan also heads WKB’s Italian desk, representing many of the leading Italian businesses active or looking to expand in Poland.

Jan graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, Poland, where he completed a course in English and European law (a joint project with the University of Cambridge).

Warsaw-based Jan Roliński  and recently promoted partner Agnieszka Chwiałkowska in Poznań co-lead the public procurement department at WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr; Roliński is also a member of the management board of the Polish Public Procurement Law Association.
