Career
Jerzy is one of the most recognised energy experts in Poland. He provides legal and business advice to major enterprises and industry organisations in the energy and other sectors, including on investments, privatisations, restructurings, generation and sale of assets as well as regulatory, tariffing and competition law matters. Jerzy has co-authored acclaimed commentaries on energy and public procurement law as well as a number of publications on privatization and competition law. He was often engaged to provide input during parliamentary works on energy and public procurement legislation, and on the nuclear package.

Jerzy holds the degree of doktor in law. A graduate from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he also studied at Oxford, Leiden and Trident and for many years was a university lecturer at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
