Michał has over 15 years of experience in advising on corporate financing and refinancing, project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and cross-border finance. He represents financial institutions and borrowers in financing and refinancing transaction negotiating loan agreements and ancillary security documentation.
Michał also specializes in financial restructuring & insolvency representing clients from across the sectors. He also participated in many complex projects incl. acting for the consortium of Polish banks in long-lasting restructuring process named by the Rzeczpospolita daily as the most complicated and dynamic restructuring deal of the year.
