The team at Collyer Bristow LLP focuses on acting for SME clients, particularly owner-managed businesses, in the sports, media, IP/IT, travel, health, education, retail and property sectors in particular. The team also regularly advises venture capitalist clients: practice head Jeff Roberts acted for private equity purchasing vehicle HM Holdings on its acquisition of HE-MAN Equipment, as well as for purchasing vehicle Allumette on the acquisition of aluminium powder coating business Vertik-Al. Paul Sillis acted for Unusual Industries on the acquisition of Rope Assemblies. Senior associate Ragavan Arunachalam is also noted. Fintech expert Nigel Brahams joined from Fox Williams LLP in November 2017.
