Nigel is a founding partner of Fox Williams LLP and leads the firm’s technology and digital group. Nigel specialises in business contracts (contracts for supply of services or goods); technology contracts (software development, licensing, cloud, SaaS); data protection (privacy policies, international transfers, data security); intellectual property (protection of brands and licensing, acquisition or disposal of IPR); and online matters (contracts for provision of on-line services, compliance with online regulations).

Articled Herbert Oppenheimer, Nathan & Vandyk 1981-83; qualified 1983; solicitor company and commercial department 1983; associate partner 1987; on dissolution of Oppenheimers joined Denton Hall Burgin & Warrens 1988; partner elect 1989; joint founding partner Fox Williams LLP 1989. Has written extensively on technology, online, data protection and intellectual property issues; articles published in numerous legal and business journals; regular speaker at conferences.
