Areas of practice
Litigation: We advise companies, local authorities, domestic and foreign law firms and private individuals in national and international disputes and litigation, in the field of white-collar crime, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Real estate: Our focus is on advising developers and investors on the acquisition and disposal of real estate via asset and share deals, including legal structuring and financing, as well as letting, sale and leaseback or leasing. We also advise on the development and operation of real estate projects, including approval procedures and construction contracts (planning, construction and operation). Finally, we also take care of claims management including rent, eviction and termination procedures.

Corporate and commercial: Corporate law and advice on commercial law issues are a focus of us. We support national as well as international companies and groups of companies, in particular medium-sized companies and groups of companies in structuring under company and contract law. We find solutions for the specific protection of trademarks and data as well as the successful implementation of joint ventures, reorganisations and national or cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
