Career
Lars studied law at the University Konstanz and was trainee lawyer at the district court Dortmund. Subsequently, he studied tax law at the University Osnabrück which led to the title LL.M. taxation. He is a Certified Specialist Lawyer for Commercial and Corporate Law and has been appointed as a notary in the district of the local court at Frankfurt am Main. Prior to joining avocado Rechtsanwälte as a partner, he had worked at the law office of HERMANN lawyers (now: hww), which is specialising in bankruptcy law, for eleven years, until last as a partner.
Lars works most predominant as a notary, including, but not limited to, corporate and real estate law, as well as all other areas which require notarial services (e.g. inheritance law, family law), Because of his long-time services for insolvency administrators, he is experienced in pre-insolvency situations. This includes both services as a notary (“Asset Protection”) and as a litigator regarding claims with respect to insolvency law (liability of managing directors, claims regarding insolvency avoidance law). He provides his services to small and medium-sized entities as well as real estate investors, lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, management consultants and insolvency administrators
