Partner – Judith Fargeot has a broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures and corporate transactions, and in particular in complex industrial carve-outs, sophisticated price adjustment mechanisms and transactions involving complicated minority shareholders issues. She works with clients in a variety of sectors, including entertainment, cinema & television, energy, agro-business for both French & international clients.

Co-founder of the firm in 1999, Judith Fargeot previously practiced with Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Stibbe Simont Monahan Duhot and Herbert Smith LLP in Paris.
