Position

Founding Partner specialized in Economic Law (French and European Competition, Distribution and Consumer Law). Joseph Vogel advises undertakings in the field of Economic law at both the European and French levels. Joseph Vogel handles actions based on article 101 or 102 of the Treaty, merger notifications to the Merger Task Force, competition cases before the Commission, the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice of the European Union and advises on all issues linked to the validity and performance of exclusive distribution agreements, franchise or agency contracts including where necessary subsequent litigation.

Career

Valedictorian of the Ecole de Formation des Avocats in 1985 (Professional Legal Training College); Admitted to the Paris bar in 1985, and to the New York bar in 1990; Banque Paribas (1984-85) and Tomasi & Partners (1985). Creation of the firm Vogel & Vogel with his brother, Louis Vogel (1990).
