Karine Audouze joined UGGC from Ogletree in 2019.
She has practiced French and international employment law throughout her career, including the first eight years of her practice with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City and Paris.
She acts as a strategic advisor on employment aspects of corporate transactions of any kind, on restructurings and on matters dealing with management and international employee transfers. She acts mainly for international groups with a presence in France. She also handles individual and collective employment litigation.

Karine is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and serves as Senior Vice-Chair of the Diversity and Equality Committee of the International Bar Association.
She is regularly invited to present at international conferences and seminars on a wide range of employment law topics and lectures as well on employment law at the University of Montpellier. In addition to French, Karine is fluent in English and German.
