Corinne Khayat joined UGGC in 2000 as a partner, after a career in a little law firm specialized in competition law and a forerunner in European law. She co-directs the competition and intellectual property departments.

Essentially, her practice is to deal with mergers and litigation in competition law.

She also works with clients in distribution law and assist them in the drafting of complex commercial contracts.

One of her other areas of interest is intellectual property law, particularly in the luxury, industrial, parapharmacy and service industries. Clients consult Corinne for the drafting of contracts relating to their copyright, trademark and design rights (licensing, assignment or coexistence ..) or in the context of litigation for infringement or unfair competition.
