Elisabeth Logeais co-founded the IP-IT practice at UGGC since the establishment of UGGC.

The licensing of brands, patents, designs, software, R&D partnerships, databases, intellectual property litigation, digital, personal data are her main areas of intervention.

She works mainly in the sectors of industry (road infrastructures, tools, cosmetics), services (network of realtors, foundations, medical devices, electronic consumer goods, fashion accessories), artistic creation, Museums and art law.

Many of her clients are foreign based (USA, Switzerland, Germany, Korea…) and active in various fields (road infrastructures; solar road; medical devices, outdoors equipment and activities; health data management and sports).

She is design rapporteur of the IP commission of the ICC and Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Commission of the ICC France.
She teaches a course on IP and antitrust at the University of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

Elisabeth Logeais, Corinne Khayat and Anne-Marie Pecoraro are the partners in charge of the IP-IT department.

Le rapprochement d’UGGC Avocats avec la boutique Aturquoise en juillet 2020 a permis au cabinet de droit des affaires de renforcer son expertise en droit des marques en accueillant Anne-Marie Pecoraro et  Rodolphe Boissau (senior counsel) qui sont deux professionnels réputés. La nouvelle pratique renforcée combine de fortes compétences en droit de la propriété intellectuelle et dans les secteurs des nouvelles technologies et du divertissement. L’équipe dispose aussi d’une forte expérience dans la gestion des dossiers transfrontaliers et conseille régulièrement des clients américains et africains. Elle est en capacité de traiter des contentieux complexes, ainsi que des dossiers transactionnels et d’assister ses clients dans le développement stratégique de leurs portefeuilles de titres. At UGGC Avocats, the July-2020 merger with Aturquoise brought the arrival of the renowned IP experts Anne-Marie Pecoraro and senior counsel Rodolphe Boissau, significantly strengthening the firm’s trade mark capacities. The practice impresses with its combination of IP, IT and entertainment law and with its experience in cross-border matters, including work for clients from the Americas and Africa. Complex litigation mandates are as much part of the group’s portfolio as transactional work and strategic portfolio development matters. The experience in anti-counterfeiting work is another asset.
