Antimonopoly (competition) law, tariff disputes.
Oleg Moskvitin, attorney, partner of Muranov, Chernyakov & Partners law firm. He heads the practices for antimonopoly (competition) law and tariff disputes, and energy and natural resources as well as for contesting cadaster value. He has extensive experience of conducting court proceedings in state (arbitrazh) commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, and proceedings before the antimonopoly, tax, tariff-setting and other public authorities.
Oleg successfully represents the interests of Russian and international companies operating in the spheres of energy and natural resources, industry and finance, in connection with resolution of disputes with the antimonopoly, tariff-setting, cadaster, tax and other administrative bodies, and corporate disputes, and also defends clients’ interests before public authorities.
Oleg is a member of the General Council of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts playing an active role (including as the head of several working groups) in the activities of that leading expert body including, inter alia, preparation together with the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia of antimonopoly (competition) draft laws, practical recommendations for businesses and antimonopoly bodies, preparation of proposals regarding improvement of the antimonopoly bodies’ practices and operations, and independent expert opinions for the Presidium of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
Oleg has been awarded certificates of honour by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, his expert work has been recommended in a letter from the Federal Antimonopoly Service addressed to our law firm.
